Children at Covenant United Methodist Church know they are loved.  We strive to teach them about the love of God in Jesus Christ and demonstrate that love to them as well. Children are welcome in the church from the time they are babies, enjoying a well-staffed nursery with loving caregivers, through their young years in Children’s Church and Sunday School, and as they mature, serving the church as acolytes, being challenged through Bible study, and serving in age-appropriate mission projects as well as working in mission and outreach as full partners with youth and adults. Covenant offers many special opportunities for children to worship, learn, and make new friends in faith.  “Brunch in Bethlehem” at Christmas time, the Easter Egg hunt, Vacation Bible School, and the Fall “No Fear Celebration,” a night of costume parades, hayrides, s’mores, and games, are a few favorite events.
